Frequently asked questions
Are the challenges free?
Yes, every challenge is free. You only need a Devs 3.0 account, which also signs you in here.
How does the review work?
An agentic reviewer grades your repo against a hidden rubric. Each submission is reviewed once and you get feedback criterion by criterion. Reviews run in a BYOK model - you provide your own API key for your chosen provider.
How many times can I take the same challenge?
As many times as you need - there is no limit on attempts. We review one submission at a time, so you send the next one once you have your result. The badge is granted once, on your first pass.
What about the privacy of my repository?
You submit a public link to a GitHub repo. The agent reads the code only to review it, and only you see the result.
